What are your shipping times?
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger items such as small furniture. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and orders over £75 will qualify for free shipping* (*below 10kg in weight).
Items over a certain size or over 10kg in weight will incur a separate flat shipping fee of £10 and are excluded from the free shipping threshold. This will be highlighted on the product description.
What types of home decor items do you offer?
Maker Home specializes in a curated selection of unique home decor items. Our offerings include confit pots, antique French jugs and vessels, as well as reclaimed wood pieces. Each piece is designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your home while serving practical purposes.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@makerhome.co.uk. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, as we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our shipping policy is focused on domestic orders but we are able to also ship to Ireland and the Channel Islands. We are continually evaluating our shipping options and may expand to international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates regarding this service.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
At this time, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases and reach out with any questions prior to ordering to ensure satisfaction.
